All our care-related staff, regardless of their previous experience, will be required to complete mandatory training which are both online and classroom based, linked to the statutory Care Certificate.

The Care Certificate

Health and Social Care staff are required to adhere to the Care Certificate when performing their duties.The training aims to provide a consistent standard of care for staff.
