Marcus and Marcus Support Workers undertake an extremely important role.

• Like working as a team but can also work on their own
• Enjoy helping people with daily tasks like shopping and preparing meals
• Are comfortable with providing personal care, such as bathing
• Are reliable, turn up to work on time and do what they say they will do
  follow the company’s policies and procedures
• Are happy to work shifts, including some sleep-ins and weekends
